Gossip Girl: Blair's Prom Dress


I love the clothes on Gossip Girl more than I do the story line. I don't know if I can say the same about Blair's prom dress. I don't hate it, I just don't love it and I was really hoping for a number that would leave me swooning. All the same, I appreciate the incredible amount of work that must have gone into creating that gold peacock motif! Your thoughts on the dress?


The citrine jewelry however? That's swoon-worthy stuff!

    I love Blair's wardrobe so I was a bit disappointed...although the dress is amazing, it doesn't seem to fit for her. She is still sooooo gorgeous though, of course! XOXO

    Yeah... the dress reminded me a bit too much of a dusty curtain in a stuffy old person's house. Blair is such a tiny, delicate girl and she shouldn't be outweighed by her clothing!

    i agree with you..i don't watch gg much anymore but when i saw blair in that dress i wasn't as wowed as i thought i would be. the dress is ok on her, but not great. the dress itself is amazing though.

    That dress is hideous, looks like a carpet/rug. I love Blair, and on the show she is pretty good when it comes to fashion. I didnt wear anything that ugly to my prom, and no one should.

    it's a beautiful dress but the outfit isn't very harmonious, I don't like that tiara with the dress! I'm very disappointed! :(

    I absolutely loved Blair's prom dress and i also loved how it resembled the white dress that Audrey Hepburn wore in the movie Sabrina.... Blair is adorable and she looks so unique and amazing in this dress!!
